These are also introverts and are cool onlookers. They are quiet, reserved, observing, and analyzing life with a detached curiosity and have unexpected flashes of original humor. They’re usually interested in cause and effect, how and why mechanical things work, and in organizing facts using logical principles. They usually are craftsmen, mechanics, or handymen with about 10% becoming farmers.

The Doers
These people are extraverts who are good at on-the-spot problem solving, don’t worry, enjoy whatever comes along, are adaptable, tolerant, and generally conservative in values. They tend to like mechanical things and sports, and dislike long explanations. They are best with “real” things that can be worked, handled, taken apart, or put together. About 10% of this type go into marketing or become Impresarios.

The Executives
These are another extravert group and are hearty, frank, decisive, leaders in activities and usually good in anything that requires reasoning and intelligent talk, such as public speaking. They’re usually well informed and enjoy adding to their fund of knowledge. They may sometimes appear more positive and confident than their experience in an area warrants. They’re sometimes called “judgers” and “thinkers” and 21% of this group become legal administrators.

· What interests you? What are your hobbies?
· Do you like to work alone or as part of a team?
· Do you like to plan things, or go to events?
· Do you like machines, computers?

Make a list of your likes and dislikes. Keep a diary of things you do that relate to business and rate each entry from 1 to 5 based on your interest. Then prepare a list of your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and concerns. After doing all that, you should have a list of candidate businesses that are right for you. Then you can make a list of the “candidate businesses” and rate them from 1 to 5 based on your own chosen criteria.

Some criteria could be is it feasible, low in cost to establish, meets my objectives, will make money, there is a “niche” market of existing customers, or it will produce residual income to name just a few.

FrankenSpam: A Story of Love and Marketing Ignorance

In a remote corner of Transylvania,in a large and
gloomy dark castle, there lived a lonely creature.

This creature lived alone and was not of ordinary
human origins. He had been created by Dr. FrankenSpam,
a mad webmaster who’d foolishly thought he could
create the perfect human marketing machine. However,
the experiment failed when it was discovered that the
creature had no aptitude for using the Internet.

His dream of making millions from email marketing
shattered, Dr. FrankenSpam accepted a teaching
position at the University of California at Berkeley
and abandoned his castle and his creation.

The creature languished on in solitary exile, afraid
to show it’s face at the local village. His scary
appearance frightened anyone who happened to catch a
glimpse. Everyone that is, except a bright young woman
touring Transylvania on vacation.

Several locals had told her about the strange creature
who lived in a castle. One day, she decided to
investigate for herself. The woman, whose name is
Karen Cash, gets directions to the castle and heads
out.

By the time Karen arrives at the castle it’s nearly
dark, which gives the place a spooky air. Undaunted,
Karen boldly climbs the huge steps and rings the
doorbell. Much to her surprise, the creature answers
the door and gives her a lopsided smile.

“How do you do? I’m Karen Cash,” she said.

The creature grunts out his name.

“FrankenSpam. Good to meet you.”

The creature lets Karen in, which is the beginning of
a beautiful and strange friendship.

One day while visiting with the creature (who she
calls Frankie), he shows her a large book containing
notes written by his creator, Dr. FrankenSpam. The
notes detail FrankenSpam’s plan to use the creature’s
large brain and nimble fingers to create a non-stop
super Internet spammer.

The creature was capable of sending out thousands of
spam messages a day and could quickly dominate the
Internet marketing world—generating millions of
dollars. That is, if he could somehow be taught to
fall in love with surfing and working on the Net.

Karen Cash knew she had stumbled onto a potential gold
mine for herself and immediately started scheming a
way to get Frankie to do her bidding and start
spamming for dollars. This proved to be easier than
she thought, since Frankie had fallen in love with
her.

In FrankenSpam’s lab, Karen sat Frankie down in front
of the high-speed computer system and began teaching
him how to set up free email accounts and write fast-
buck marketing copy.

Soon, Frankie became a real pro at surfing the net and
signing up for countless affiliate programs to
promote. By sweet talking the creature, Karen got
Frankie to quickly learn how to tap into his natural
spamming abilities.

Almost overnight, Frankie became an enthusiastic
spammer. He sat at the computer day and night
utilizing sophisticated spamming software that sent
out thousands of spam messages to unsuspecting email
addresses.

He intuitively knew how to use autoresponders to avoid
the angry flame messages. Frankie was happy. This is
what he had been created for! Finally, Frankie felt he
had a true purpose in life, and a true friend in
Karen.

A whole month went by and Karen’s plan seemed to be
working perfectly. However, one day when she checked
her online bank account, she was astonished to find
that all she’d made was a few thousand dollars.

What happened to the millions?

Karen studied her affiliate stats. Although Frankie’s
spam was blanketing the entire Web, they were only
signing up 1 out of every 10,000!

Dr. FrankenSpam’s plan was a complete failure. There
were no riches to be made from email spamming. Plus,
it made a lot of people very angry. Spam cops were
always on their tail trying to shut them down.

Karen broke the news to Frankie, but he didn’t
understand. This is what he was created to do. How
could it not be good?

When Frankie woke up the next morning, Karen was gone.
She left him a note saying she was going home to write
a book about her travels, and they’d never see each
other again.

Heartbroken, Frankie sat down at the computer and
stared at the screen. He didn’t feel like spamming
anymore—not with Karen gone. What would he do with his
life now?

Frankie aimlessly surfed the Internet until he came
across a web site that caught his attention. A place
where he could make new friends regardless of what he
looked like. Frankie signed up.

That was the best decision he ever made.

Frankie discovered online dating and met a woman named
Peggy. Peggy moved to Transylvania where they got
married, sold Transylvania trinkets from their web
site, and lived happily ever after.

Oh. And by the way,

Frankie FrankenSpam never spammed anyone ever again.

It was Thanksgiving in the United States yesterday
and I want wish everyone there a belated happy
Thanksgiving. I hope your all full of turkey and
enjoyed your families.

I took about half an hour yesterday to think about
life, where I was, where I was going and what I
was most thank-full for in my life.

I found out that I like where I am now. My sons
are grown, 2 grandchildren, 3 dogs, a great
relationship with my husband, and finally a home
based business that's well on it's way to my goal.

What I saw in my future, I must say I liked.

I saw my youngest son going back to school to get
his degree in sports medicine without having all
the debts afterward.

I saw my oldest son living in a bigger house with
a big smile on his face as he watched his children
in swimming in their pool.

I saw my husband sitting down in his lazy boy, with
a beer in his hand and watching a football game and
not a worry of being interrupted with work.

I had many more visions, but this gives you an idea
of all the many things in life I have to be thankful
for. I am very thankful to Joel and Paul for creating

What I Did Today To Advance My Business

Well the day and it's almost over and time to sit back
and do some mind work. I sat back and realized that I
did do steps to move my business forward. I had a
schedule set out before me and I started on it. I was
to have 5 hours of my day allotted to advancing my
business.

Here's what took Place

8 am to 9am - Forums
Just got started and started to see what topic I could
post to and the phone rang.
Good Call well worth talking. Talking with new enrollee
about the business. I was clicking 6 exchanges in crazy
browser during this phone call. Back to Forum posted
tips in two locations. 2 post in this forum Times up!!!

10am 11am - Adlandpro-
Posted in one forum and answered email, then requested
15 people to be friends with an email. Posted one ad.

11am 12 pm - Training call, surf and clean email boxes.
Listen to training call and did mindless jobs of
clicking in my crazy browser. I surfed 6 traffic
exchanges.

1pm - 1:30 lunch

1:30pm to 4pm Store stuff and tidy house while
listening to one of Jim Rohn cd's.

4pm - 5pm my time, Started reading The book
Millionaire's Mind again (while having a relaxing
bath with soothing scented candles). I got this
book as a prize for fasttrack and it's awesome.
Think I have read it 3 times already!!!

5 to 6pm Direct Matches. This just did not happen
because my son and his girlfriend stopped in for a
visit, and brought supper with them, bless their
hearts.

6:10 - 7pm listened to training call while giving
one of my dogs a haircut.

7pm to 8pm Store Stuff

9 pm to 10pm Posted on 2 blogs and wrote this.
10pm to 10:30 Answer my email and ping my blogs.
10:30 to 11:pm Store Stuff.

Now it will be time for bed, I will read again
for 1/2 an hour. Good night all, I will start
all over again, doing a few different things.

How to make money with Affiliate Programs - The Sensible Way

Every day, thousands of would-be marketers scour the
internetlooking for any and every affiliate program,
sign up, sit backand wait for the money to pour in
and get frustrated just as fast when the bank
balance still shows a big, fat ZERO!

There are tons of guru's floating around and even
more eBooks and articles claiming to know the
latest and greatest trick tomake tons of money
with no effort at all (oh and of course,unless
you use their method then you will never, ever
get anywhere in your online business and stay
broke the rest of your life). We've all seen
these before.

Let's get real for a moment.
If you don't put any effort into your marketing
and don'tspread the word of whatever you are
marketing, then you will get exactly that much
out of your effort. Zero effort = Zero results!

I hope that's plain enough and now let's have
a look at the sensible way to market your
affiliate programs, so you canactually earn
some of that Internet-Money-Pie (and it's
yummy too).

There are two types of affiliate programs
generally. Those that pay you (1-tier) and
those that pay you, plus they pay you a
bonus for actions taken by visitors sent by
other webmasters you have referred (2-tier).

Let's think about that for a moment. What's
the easier way to make money? You sell a
bunch of products and get paid on that
alone, or if you sell product and also
introduce the affiliate program to a bunch
of webmasters who in turn also sell and
they earn a nice commission and you get a
bonus every single time they sell something,
just for having referred them to the
affiliate program?

Ok, I know you probably just smacked your
forhead andsaid 'Duh' quite loudly and
think I am stating the plain andobvious.

If you can get others to do the same thing
you are doing, by keeping in touch with
them and helping them and duplicating your
efforts, then of course it stands to reason
that the bonusyou receive for referring the
webmasters will generate potentially a
large team of people making you money.

So, your first task is to find good, well-
paying 2-tier affiliate programs. You can
always use single tier programs as a back
end sale or on other projects, don't get me
wrong, they will still make you money, but
right now, we want to get you started off
on the right foot to your own internet
income.

So, you've gone out and found a well-
paying affiliate program, and you are ready
to rumble and make money... Not So Fast!!!

How are you going to promote it? What is
your plan of attack? That's another
problem many marketers run into, they just
run off and don't think before they act and
that again results in a lot less return for
all of your efforts.

Here's what I have done in the past and
always do each time. Feel free to try this
out and see the results for yourself.

After finding the affiliate program I want
to promote, I check the resource material
provided by the program. Sometimes, depending
on how new the program is, I use their
material to get things rolling but almost
every time, I start to write some ads of my
own, perhaps an article or even an ebook that
I can use to promote the product and the.

Another thing I do, after putting together all the
marketing material I want to use is to check out the
competion that's already in the market. I don't really
care if there is competition, as a matter of fact,
many times that is a good indicator that there is a
good demand for the type of product I am promoting.
You can do this pretty easily by just going to a
search engine and typing in keywords you associate
with the product for example (there are a lot of
additional ways to do this that we discuss in our
newsletter).

There are a ton of places you can advertise your
product, and the marketing material you are using,
such as article directories, free advertising
forums or websites, you can even find a lot of
ezines that allow you to place free classifieds
and websites you can post your ad on, at no cost.

Another thing that is handy to have is a website
of my own, where I can post my thoughts and
comments (nothing sells better than your own,
plain english comments and reviews) along with
any other articles I can find that will help to
draw visitors in and make the search engines
list my site better.

Most of the time, I will take a few of my
articles and turn them into a free ebook, or
post the articles in article directories
where other webmasters are permitted to
reprint them in their own newsletter, provided
they leave my resource box (see the bottom of
this article for an example) in place. So now
they are spreading the word for me, driving
traffic on my behalf and generating orders too.
But I like to help, as much as I like to earn
money too, so here's what I do most of the time.

When I find a good newsletter that I like then
I touch base with that publisher and offer him
the article, but I also tell him it's for a
2-tier affiliate program and if he would like,
then he could use my article, if he either
leaves my box in place or signs up under me and
then I let him add his link into my box, so he
can earn the bigger piece of the pie and I get
the bonus commissions from his sales.

Now, why would I do that? Simple...

I do that, because there's a much better chance
that he will send out my article sooner, rather
than later because now he has the potential to
earn money with it too.

Find a few publishers like that and you are well
on your road to getting a nice piece of the pie
and the great thing is that anytime you find a
new affiliate program to promote and write a
new article, you already have made contacts that
you can send it to, so it gets easier every time
and takes a lot less effort on your part.

Well, there you have the sensible way of making
money with affiliate programs. (Note: There are
a lot of other methods available to market your
affiliate program and earn money, but this is
one of the best methods I have ever used.)

How to Become an Ideal Leader

When you are at work, do you get frustrated because things don't seem to be happening the way they’re supposed to be? You see people milling around but nothing gets accomplished. And in the daily hustle and bustle, do you feel that your goals remain just that – goals. Then maybe its time for you to stand up and do something about it.

Most people are content just to stand around listening for orders. And it isn't unusual to adopt a follow-the-leader mentality. But maybe, somewhere inside of you, you feel the desire to make things happen – to be the head, not the tail. Then maybe leadership just suits you fine.

Some people believe that great leaders are made, not born. Yes, it may be true that some people are born with natural talents. However, without practice, without drive, without enthusiasm, and without experience, there can be no true development in leadership.

You must also remember that good leaders are continually working and studying to improve their natural skills. This takes a commitment to constantly improve in whatever endeavor a person chooses.

First of all, let's define leadership. To be a leader, one must be able to influence others to accomplish a goal, or an objective. He contributes to the organization and cohesion of a group.

Contrary to what most people believe, leadership is not about power. It is not about harassing people or driving them using fear. It is about encouraging others towards the goal of the organization. It is putting everyone on the same page and helping them see the big picture of the organization. You must be a leader not a boss.

First of all, you have to get people to follow you. How is this accomplished?

People follow others when they see a clear sense of purpose. People will only follow you if they see that you know where you are going. Remember that bumper sticker? The one that says, don't follow me, I'm lost too? The same holds true for leadership. If you yourself do not know where you're headed to, chances are people will not follow you at all.

You yourself must know the vision of the organization. Having a clear sense of hierarchy, knowing who the bosses are, who to talk to, the organization's goals and objectives, and how the organization works is the only way to show others you know what you are doing.

Being a leader is not about what you make others do. It's about who you are, what you know, and what you do. You are a reflection of what you're subordinates must be.

Studies have shown that one other bases of good leadership is the trust and confidence your subordinates have of you. If they trust you they will go through hell and high water for you and for the organization.

Trust and confidence is built on good relationships, trustworthiness, and high ethics.

The way you deal with your people, and the relationships you build will lay the foundation for the strength of your group. The stronger your relationship, the stronger their trust and confidence is in your capabilities.

Once you have their trust and confidence, you may now proceed to communicate the goals and objectives you are to undertake.

Communication is a very important key to good leadership. Without this you can not be a good leader. The knowledge and technical expertise you have must be clearly imparted to other people.

Also, you can not be a good leader and unless you have good judgment. You must be able to assess situations, weigh the pros and cons of any decision, and actively seek out a solution.

It is this judgment that your subordinates will come to rely upon. Therefore, good decision-making is vital to the success of your organization.

Leaders are not do-it-all heroes. You should not claim to know everything, and you should not rely upon your skills alone.

You should recognize and take advantage of the skills and talents your subordinates have. Only when you come to this realization will you be able to work as one cohesive unit.

Remember being a leader takes a good deal of work and time. It is not learned overnight. Remember, also, that it is not about just you. It is about you and the people around you.

So, do you have the drive and the desire to serve required of leaders? Do you have the desire to work cooperatively with other people? Then start now. Take your stand and be leader today.

Some plans make a serious effort to reward even the little guy or gal who can only sponsor or recruit a few people, but also pay very well to the top distributors.

These plans are called Unilevel, Stairstep Breakaway, Binary, and Matrix.

1. UNILEVEL. This is a simple, straightforward compensation plan. It allows for a distributor to have a first level of unlimited width. The levels the company pays commission on generally range from 3 to 9 levels deep. The more volume generated by you and your organization, the more you can earn. A disadvantage to this plan is that building wide means the distributor may give less help to his personal enrollees.

2. STAIRSTEP BREAKAWAY. This is the most common of all the compensation plans. It is where most of the really big money is made in MLM. This big money, however, is made by a very small percentage of people. Breakaway plans are geared for full-time effort. Attrition is the highest with breakaway plans and it generally will cost more to build your business. This is a work program. It takes persistence, salesmanship, and requires the ability for you to train your recruits. Companies which use breakaway plans tend to pay higher commissions. However, the plan may be extremely difficult for most people to duplicate.

3. BINARY. This is a very complicated and hard-to-understand plan. It does, however, offer a simple system that is easy to duplicate. Otherwise, you recruit just two and help them do the same.

4. MATRIX. This plan allows you to build a limited width organization. For example, a 2 X 12 group means two people on your first level, and paying 12 levels deep. Other examples would be a 4 X 5, 3 X 9, etc. This is generally pretty simple and easy to understand and explain. The low volume requirements usually common to matrix plans helps make it a good plan for part-time distributors.

Goal setting should really be defined as a person creating the future in advance by writing these goals on a paper and doing what ever it takes to make it happen.

Ok, what is the first step? You need to define a goal. You need to know exactly what you want, when you want it, and why you want it. That is your goal. If you don't know exactly what your goal is, you will not commit to it.

So you need to know what you want to achieve and WRITE it down on a piece of paper. Having your short term goal or long term goal in your head only may not help that much. Every book says that.

When you do write your goals down, you need to ask yourself one important question. Is this goal realistic? Can you really make it work and come true? Do you really believe that you can reach it? Faith is also an important ingredient that can make or break your goal. If you don't think or believe that you can make your goal a reality, then you probably won't.

You need to have faith in yourself. You need to have faith in your goals. You need to have faith that you can reach any goal that you set.

You then need to determine what price, what's the worthiness of that goal. What level of importance are you going to put on it? Is it a want? Is it a need? Is it, "It would be nice to have it"?

You need to make that goal a burning desire. You need to make it a must. It is a "Have to have it no matter what" goal. If you do that then you're your subconscious mind will look for ways to make that goal a reality. It will give you ideas on how you should go about to achieve it.

Now, short-term goals are usually simpler and easier than long-term goals. Why? Well, writing them can help you have more frequent victories, and building momentum with each one you complete. If you do that, you can have more excitement and more motivation as you reach those goals on time.

When you do reach your short-term goals, don't forget to reward yourself. This will show you that you can achieve any goal.

A word of warning for the long-term goals that you make. It will be harder to achieve it because as the time goes by, you can get discouraged and lose your interest. Try to set short-term goals. It will keep you more focused and motivated.

If you haven't achieved your short-term or long-term goal, you will need to look at your goal and change the date, and the action that you have taken when you didn't reach that goal. Remember, if you take the SAME action that led you to failure then you will probably get the SAME results. You need to take a look from all angles to see what you did and what you can change.

It seemed not knowing when the store would be open was keeping them away – imagine that. Well after a month or so of no customers the store is closed with the owner muttering under his breath. “These franchise things just don’t work!” Then he starts telling all his friends, “I tried one of those franchise things once. They just don’t work!” This example is easy to see and yet we all wonder why a home business fails when conducted in this same manner. What is great about a home business versus a traditional business is you don’t have to start each day at 8:00, you have a lot of flexibility. However, you don’t have the flexibility not to work for days and weeks at a stretch and engage in poor work habits when you decide to work. Of course not all the blame can be put on the new home business person, there are some bad programs out there and timing can be bad with others. Of course wrong expectations can mislead many people into discouragement. What do we mean here. Well look at it this way. Very few people would argue that Microsoft would be a poor stock investment today. However, there are people that hype their particular company that has passed it's growth spurt, that you can get rich and retire with their company. This is the same as a dishonest stock broker pushing Microsoft from the angle of it getting ready to explode in value as they will have double digit growth each month for the next 5 years. Hey in the early 80’s Microsoft had this type of growth, just don't expect the growth to continue forever. The point is there are always new Microsoft’s in the Business and Home Business markets. Page ranks are defined numerically, from 1 through 10 - 10, being the highest. Very few pages have a page rank of 10, and anything above a 6 is considered very good. There are many factors that determine a page's rank, but the main variable seems to be based on how many websites link to your page. The higher page ranked sites that link to your site, the better. In other words, 10 links to your page from high ranking sites like CNN.com, Yahoo.com, etc, will easily outweigh five times that amount of links from unknown sites with low page ranks. And, just to make it trickier, the amount of "credit" your site gets from incoming links, is also divided by the amount of sites you link OUT to.

Equally important, is your site's actual content. It needs to be information that people can use and take active interest in. Having content that matches your keywords should also go without saying.

Why Is This Important?

Page rank is extremely important, in that it determines how high you get on search engine results. And just as it's helpful to have your incoming links be from reputable, trusted, relevant sites, your outbound links will also be more valuable to those pages you do link out to. This is important when negotiating for link exchanges with other sites. The higher your page ranking, the more desirable a link from your page will be to others - Including those willing to pay for said link.

Are There Ways To Generate Better Page Rank At No Cost?

Absolutely! To follow are some of the simplest steps you can take.

Build more pages: The more pages your site has, the more content it is generally considered to have. If your site only has 3 pages, the maximum page rank would be a 3. Make sure to have at least 8 relevant pages including the main page, in order to have a healthy amount of content.

Avoid Dead-end Links: Let's say you've worked real hard to get 8 good pages. Your page rank ideally has the potential to be a page rank of 8. However, if half those pages are not leading anywhere, you've got a problem. When the search engines "crawl" your site, they want to go from one page to the next. You can have a really great page, but if it has no other link on it to go somewhere new, it will be considered by the spider to be a dead-end page, which will hurt your site's page rank. Make sure every page has a door out, other than a back button (which to the bots, will generate the equivalent of a good old "Nothing more to see here" type statement). Combat this by making sure you at least have a link back to the index - or better yet, a site navigator at the base of each page with choices between the main pages of your site (ie. FAQ, About Us, Contact Us, etc). Again, these are pages that add convenience to your human visitors as well.

Create Internal Links: Remember to make links to yourself whenever relevant. For example, on your About Us page, don't just mention your online ordering system - hyperlink to the page where your visitor would need to go in order to begin an order. Not only are you creating another link for the crawler, you're also making it convenient for your guest to find that page right then and there, if they so desire.

Utilize Free Directory Listings: They may not always be big high ranking sites, but they are an easy way to get your name out there. You never know when someone might end up using one, and thus find you in the most unexpected of ways!

How To Generate More At Cost: Getting a high ranking site to link to you isn't always the easiest thing to do. Sometimes it is necessary to buy that privilege via ads. There are literally 100's of different options to choose from, however the most effective method these days is by purchasing text based links to your site. What is the secret to free traffic? Telling the search
engines and your future visitors what they want to hear!

It sounds like a Catch-22. After all, if you have no traffic
then how can you deliver your message to the search engines
and potential customers? There is actually a pretty simple
answer to that complex problem. Keywords are the secret to
free traffic.

One of my sites has been around for years. I used to publish
an ezine of the same name but that ezine was folded into
another publication two years ago. All that site consists of
is a blog with pages of trivia content. It is not a huge site
and it is not updated very often. I do very little to promote
it. And yet every day it brings in over 200 visitors who
contribute to my income by subscribing to the new trivia
publication and supporting my advertising partners. This
traffic is free because it is generated by search engines.
This site generates free money for me every day and the only
marketing technique I use is keyword optimization.

If you properly choose keywords that your target audience
regularly searches for and optimize your web site for those
keywords then you will see an increase in traffic. A simple
one hour investment of your time could reap dramatic results.

Many internet marketers spend time generating a list of
keywords they want to target but they do not do the basic
research to make sure people are actually using those keywords.
It is useless to optimize your site for a set of keywords that
generate no traffic. There are a number of keyword suggestion
tools around but the best not only give you a list of keywords
but also tell you how many people are searching for those
words or terms. My favorite keyword suggestion tool can be

Simply type in the basic word or term that you would like to
target then hit the enter key.

You will receive results for both Wordtracker and Overture.
I always study the Overture list but tend to base my own
keyword choices on the Wordtracker results. Overture gives
you the total number of times a search query has been
entered into a search engines within the Overture network
(including Yahoo, AltaVista and MSN) and can generate some
duplicates. On the other hand Wordtracker gets its figure
from entries made on meta search engines (such as
Metacrawler and Dogpile) that query all the major engines
simultaneously and sorts out the duplications.

Depending on the results you receive you may need to
experiment with different words and combinations until
you arrive at an audience size that will meet your needs.
Do not simply jump at the top term as that may well be a
highly competitive market. Sometimes you can achieve
better results for your site by aiming a bit lower down
the list--especially if there are good results for a
longer keyword phrase. It is often difficult to get
within the top search engine results for competitive one
or two word keyword terms but you can place well with a
longer phrase that is not as highly targeted by competitors.

Once you have your keyword phrase selected you must optimize
your site. Make sure the phrase is reflected in your title
bar, alt tags (with your logo, for example), top headline
for the page, and once within the text of your page. Do not
go crazy and stuff the keyword in every nook and cranny of
your site. Keyword stuffing can often have negative effects
on search engine results and may even get your site banned
by some search engines. Simply making sure the keyword is
included in these key positions will be sufficient for basic
keyword optimization.

Selecting the right keywords and including those keywords in
key positions within your web site will have a dramatic result
on your traffic.

So lets create a subdomain using your web hosts control panel, so that Apples will be a subdomain of your existing site. This allows you to display Apples.Fruit dot com as the ads web address. Your ad will contain address text matching exactly what Mr Smith is seeking. Whats more, apples will be highlighted in bold text.

Result? A big, free boost for your ad.

Most website hosts such as Network Solutions, Go Daddy and others will allow you to have 70 or more subdomains. So, you can have many tailored ads with different keywords in your address; Pears.Fruit dot-com, Bananas.Fruit dot-com - you get the idea.

By the way; dont try to fool Google by entering a subdomain that doesnt exist. Within a matter of hours theyll catch you. And switch your ad off until youve fixed it.

2. Interesting Text Beats Boring Competitors Cash

As legendary ad man Claude Hopkins said many years ago; "Any studied attempt to sell, if apparent, creates corresponding resistance."

Which is more interesting; Online Tax Services; were the best, or What the IRS doesnt Want You to Know? The goal is to think creatively. Produce text so tempting, internet users yearn to learn more.

So dont get in customers faces - be subtle. Ease your way into their minds. Because ads that give people a real reason to click, work. Youre limited only by your imagination.

3. Always Place the Keyword in Your Headline

If youre bidding on the keyword, Hammers, make sure the word Hammers is in your headline. Google will then show that word as bold text; a huge benefit. Youll need to create a number of tailored ads in order to make this work. Perhaps youll have one ad for every 2 or 3 keywords. No problem - Google makes this quite easy.

4. Put the Price in Your Text

People on the internet are busy. They want info - now. If you display a price of your product or service in your ad, youre likely providing them with more info than your competitors are. Get ready for more clicks. And more clicks means your position soars.

5. Be Frugal with Google

Why pay for clicks that do you no good? Calendar studies show theres likely at least one day a week youd have to be insane to run your ad. For example, if youre selling office supplies, it could be the weekend your ads should be off. If youre selling theme park tickets, it could be Mondays that make no sense for you.

Basis Computer Care To Keep Your Internet Business Running Smoothly

When using your computer on the internet is it always at risk to get virus. Here are some basic daily and weekly tip to keep everything running smoothly.

If you are on the internet a lot, opening various file, our computor store these files as a temporary files. They also store cookies. Some people like having the cookies because they cause your computer to remember websites, user names and passwords. As we get more and more of these files our computers start to slow down.
If you delete these files daily, the speed on your computer will remain as fast as possible.

To delete your cookies you must have your internet explorer browser open and click on tools in the top of your browser, then click on internet options. This opens up a screen with delete cookies on it. Hold your shift key down, click delete cookies, a little pop up shows up and Says Delete all cookie in Internet temporary files, Click OK while still holding down your shift key.

Then got to your start menu and click start, programs, click on accessories. Under accessories click Systen Tools and then Disk Clean up. This will scan your computor and show you how much space is being used by pages that you have visited. Check all the boxes(If leary just check temporary files) and click OK. A screen will come up that asks if you are sure you want to perform these actions? Click Yes, if you have a large amount it may take a few minutes, normally done in under 1 minute.

Every 2 weeks or so you should do a disk defragment. What this does it compacts your files and fills in missed spaces. This takes some time to do depending on how often you do it and how much you have on your hard drive. Again click on accessories under programs and click on system tools, then on Disk defragmenter. You can analyze first
or you can just click Defragment. This can take anywhere from 2 hours to a lot longer. You can set it up to defrag when you are going to bed and your computer will in top running order and ready for you to start your work. If you chose to analyze your computor you will still need to click on defragmenter.

You should also do a visis scan regulary, at least once a week. If you have a spyware program this shold be done once every day or two, no longer.

If you keep your computor maintenance done this will keep your down time to a minimum.

Finding the Right Domain Name for your Business

A domain represents the unique name assigned to an organization or individual on the Internet. For instance, we are all familiar with names such as google.com, microsoft.com, and so on. A particular name (domain) may only be owned by one person or company. To use an analogy, a domain represents your "street address" where you live on the Internet. It uniquely identifies where you can be found. Having a straight-forward, easy to remember domain is crucial to your business success.

The domain name is comprised of several parts. The last part of the domain (e.g., .com) is referred to as the top-level domain (TLD). In theory, the TLD represents a type of entity. For instance, .com stands for "commercial". It was originally meant to be for commercial enterprises (business), but that has become something of a misnomer as even people with personal websites use the .com TLD.

Other popular TLDs include:

> .net - originally meant to signify Network organizations such as Internet Service Providers (ISP)
> .edu - Education establishments (colleges/universities)
> .mil - Military
> .org - Non-profit organizations
> .gov - Government organizations
> .biz - a business
> .name - individual/person
> .info - information service

There are others as well such as: .aero, .pro, .coop, and so on. In addition, there are TLDs assigned to countries (e.g., .ca for Canada).

Before you can launch your site on the Web, you will need a domain name. There are literally hundreds of millions of domains already taken so you may have to be creative in finding the name you want. It can be frustrating at times, so brew yourself a pot of coffee or grab your favorite beverage before you sit down to find that special domain that will become your address on the Web.

Several months ago, I was attempting to acquire a domain for a customer. I tried just about every combination of his actual business name to find one that was available. As is becoming much too common, I ran into a brick wall. Out of sheer frustration, I just randomly pounded my fingers on my keyboard and came up with sdfsdfsdf.com. I submitted that to the domain search. You probably know the punch line. To my total amazement that name was already taken. At that point, I decided I needed to take a walk around my garden.

But there is no way around it. If you plan to put your own site on the web, you will need to identify an available domain. Once you do so, you should purchase that name immediately as it may not be available the next day. If the name you want is already taken, you will have to find a different one. For instance, if you wanted the domain CandlesForSale.com, that is already taken. However, the name CandlesForSale.biz is available (as of the date this article was written). You could select the .biz name, or try to find an alternate such as Candles4sale.com, candles4u.com, candlesonline.com, and so on. All of those of course, are taken. By trying the different combinations you would find that candles-forsale.com is (currently) available.

It is much easier to find available domains ending in .biz,. info, and so on. The major problem with using any of these is that people are just inherently conditioned to type in the .com extension after the business name. If you did register the candlesforsale.biz name mentioned above, it is quite likely that people surfing the Web would type in candlesforsale.com instead. That of course, would lead to a competitor, which is not what you want to do.

Selecting just the right (available) domain name for your business can be a frustrating process, but it is important to get it right. Many people I have spoken to don’t seem to realize that your domain name is part of your branding; it represents who you are on the web. In many cases, the domain name is the first piece of information a potential customer may have about your business. Your domain name is every bit as important as the logo you put on your business card. If all else fails, check some of the domain auction sites to see if there is a good match available. You will have to pay more than normal, but in the long run, it may just be worth it.

Be creative, stay patient, and don’t break your keyboard as you go through this process.

1. Re-invest at least 50% of every dollar you earn in advertising.
You might think that you deserve to spend your profits, as a return-on-investment. You are right! But if you want your business to grow, you must re-invest in the business. For example, perhaps you spend $100 a month on leads for your business opportunity. These leads result in $200 in new sales. Instead of taking the $100 profit and spending it, what if you re-invested it, and bought $200 worth of leads for your business? You could end up with $400 in new sales the next month. Re-investing your profits this way can grow your bottom line, but you must be patient in the meantime.

2. Re-invest by helping your downline grow their downlines.
If you are in a downline program such as a network marketing program where you receive residual and leveraged income, you can re-invest by spending time helping members of your downline grow and improve their businesses. This will take more time than money, and as they improve, you will see a direct result on your bottom line. Call or email someone in your downline and ask how you can help them grow their business.

3. Re-invest by improving your communications materials.
Instead of re-investing in more advertising, re-invest by improving your website, your business card, your autoresponder series, or your brochure. Maybe a simple cosmetic improvement on your website will increase your conversion rate. Hire a copywriter to write your sales letter, or a graphic artist to design a logo.

If it comes to creating your new blog, I think what I am talking about will help you make your blog famous to a large extent as it is direct from my experience getting my blog ranked no.1 in a famous blog hosting website in Thailand. Currently I got 8,000-18,000 hits a day with 1,500-3,000 unique visitors.

What I have done are very simple and it doesn’t require technical background on computer language and no strings attached!

1. Choose the right blog hosting site.

This is one of the most important things at the first start. There are a huge number of blog hosting sites being created to capitalize on business opportunities mostly focused on making money via Google Adsense. However only a few hosting websites can serve that well.

Technically you have to make sure that the host of the blog hosting site you'd like is robust enough to handle a large number of visitors coming to visit your blog, easy to manage, and flexible in a sense that you can modify codes or theme yourself. This will also give you freedom in placing adsense ads in any part of your blog.

Let’s get back to the point, the right blog host should be of the following:

What To Do With GDI Members

There has been some changes to the GDI system and payouts over
the summer that maybe some of you are not aware of. We are now
able to move people under someone in your first line and still
be able to earn your bonuses if you qualify.

This has some benifits to it, you still earn your $1.00 for
that member, and so does the recipient. You should use this as
a stratagy to people who are working in your downline.

Here are the offical rules from the GDI back office.

Due to popular demand, we have created a function that allows
you to move one or more of your new affiliates under an existing
affiliate on your front line (first level).

The "Downline Moves" function is available in your member's
area on the downline viewing page. The way the system works
is pretty self-explanatory. You choose the checkboxes next to
the members you want to move, and then below that you choose
which member you want to place the new affiliates under.

You will still be tracked as the person who made the referral,
no matter where you decide to place the new member, for purposes
of our referral contests.

THE RULES OF HOW THIS WORKS

When can a move be made?

ONE MOVE of a member is allowed within their 7-day trial period.
Once you have moved a member, they are "locked" into place and
the move cannot be undone or cancelled.

Remember that you are paid $1 per person in your organization,
regardless of where they are placed and you are always tracked
as the referrer for the purposes of our contests.

your life was pre-planned since before you were born, you were still born
with the free will to alter it in some way. In fact, many people
choose to alter their lives in a negative way. Others however, use mindset
to make their lives the best they can possibly be.

Mindset is basically the way you think. If you want a more positive
life that is rich in emotional rewards, you need to have a more positive
and rewarding mindset. You might want to take in the thought that what
you give to the world, you will receive back in your life. So, if you
want to be rewarded by the world more often, you might want to take on
a mindset of community and service. Giving to the community will help
you get into a more positive mindset.

If you are looking to be more successful in life, you will need to
develop the proper mindset. The most successful people of the world don’t
get there on intelligence alone. Much of their success is due to their

confident that they would not let anyone else get in the way. You can do

Eliminating or correcting a bad habit takes mind control.
You have to want to make positive changes in your life before

Traffic Exchanges are an excellent way to promote your PIF4P Site. You all should be members of Traffic Swarm as it is promoted in our Back Office of PIF4P. But there are also many other good Traffic Exchanges out there. I have looked at many and found a few that I have had success with.

What I am going to show you below, is how to get 8 times more results out of traffic exchanges in the same time it would take you to surf just one. Remember though, when you are surfing the traffic exchanges, take some time to look around. You can learn from some of the other ads.

This set will take an hour or so, but it will so be worth it to your business.
Your first task is to join and enter all of the Traffic programs you feel comfortable with. It is NOT mandatory to join ALL the programs but I highly encourage you to do so. Just signup for one program at a time.

When you are signing up, you will be asked to enter a target or a website URL to send your Hits to. Now please pay close attention! The web site you should be entering is your Pay it Forward 4 Profits Web Site. Once you have all this information and especially your SURF URL’s for each of the Traffic Exchanges you will have to install Crazy Browser.

This lesson is a bit longer but is an ABSOLUTE MUST for you to succeed with LSN.
I will break this down in 5 simple steps for you. Just do 1 step at a time and then come back to this page.
Step 1: Download and install 'Crazy Browser' by clicking here:

I use Crazy Browser, as it is a small program and will not interfere with your current preferred Web Browser. You only need to use it when you want to Surf your Traffic Exchanges
What the heck is a Crazy Browser?
Crazy Browser is a powerful web browser. It has the ability to open multiple sites and windows inside a single browser task. This has full support for Windows XP theme and P3P privacy policy (requires IE6) and _JavaScript error suppression. It can handle multiple monitors and has tab status indicators. Annoying ad windows can be removed automatically and multiple pages can be saved and reopened together.

Step 2: Crazy Browser has a feature that allows you to save any combination of URLs as individual groups.
Open Crazy Browser and in the address line type in or copy and paste the first SURF URL from your list of Traffic Exchanges. Once the page has loaded, copy and paste the 2nd SURF URL from your list. You will notice a second tab opens in Crazy Browser. Now continue to do this for all your SURF URL’S. When you are done, you will have a total of 8 Tabs open in Crazy Browser if you signed up for all the Traffic Exchanges.

Step 3: Now, click on the main menu at the top of Crazy Browser where it reads "Groups" and then click on "Save all pages as group." A windows file window will open, give your group a name; i.e. Traffic Exchanges.

Step 4: After having done this, every time you start Crazy Browser you can
simply open the saved group in the menu bar from the drop-down menu under "Groups." When the pages finish loading, you can just press F3 to go to the next hit exchange program to bring up new pages in the manner required by each different program. When you initially open your browser you'll be earning 1 credit in all the programs at once. That's 8 plus credits just for opening your browser.
If you have a slow connection and/or not very powerful computer, opening 8 pages or more at the same time may be too much. In such a case try less pages until your computer is running fast enough that you are happy with it.

Step 5: Crazy Browser allows you to disable pop-ups by clicking on "Options" in the top menu bar, then on "Advanced Settings" and then on "Popup Filter" in the drop-down menu to the left.
Using this method with a cable connection I can generate 600-1200 hit credits in a little over 1 hour. You can set your own target according to your connection speed and time limits.
Even without any referrals, working 8 or more traffic programs at once using this method allows you to generate a large amount of traffic. Add the traffic you can generate by sharing this method with your referrals and you are talking major streams of free traffic.

There are many different programs on the web geared to using hit exchanges to generate traffic, but they all have one thing in common - their foundation is hit page traffic generation. In that regard, what I am teaching you is a method 8 times more powerful than any of the others. It provides a way for you and all of your referrals who join the traffic programs under you in replicating it to generate 8 times the traffic.

different ads for the same group of keywords, this allows
you to see which of the two are better. You have to get your
point across with a small number of words. Build your ad
around some of the keywords generated from your search.
If you use keywords that are in your ad they will be in bold
on the Google search pages which creates more clicks to your
ad.

Determine which of the keywords in your list go together
with your ad and which phrases contain some of the same
words. Create a campaign giving it a title. Then create an
adgroup. You can have many ad groups in one campaign. Each
adgroup contain keywords phases using the same words. You
want to have as many as 15 keywords in an adgroup. You also
want to go though the key words and find any that do not
associate with your product or service. These are called
negative keywords. Place a minus sign before these words and
then they will not be added into the search.

Your daily budget is what you can afford to spend.

Set this quite low to start with, but if you set your budget
to low your ad will not be displayed for all searches on
that word or phrase.
You also have to select the amount to bid on each keyword.
Use the traffic estimator to help you find a good bid. You
also what to turn off content matching. This saves hundreds
of wasted impressions that can impact your click through
rate.

You need to monitor your Google account very closely at first
and make any changes that are needed.

Click into your account a few times in first few days. If
you have words inactive for search, you can raise your bid
or delete them. If you have ad's that are not performing
well, change some words. Keep doing this until you are happy
with the results.

Take a test run through the "sign up demo". Make sure to
Utilize Google's online FAQ. Remember to organize keywords
into groups basedon similarity. Calculate costs and set
reasonable daily pricing.
